• Account information: Email address, phone number, or Google account identifier used to sign in
• Learning data: Flashcard progress, study streaks, translation submissions, and grammar questions
• Payment information: Subscription status and payment method (Stripe or cryptocurrency). We do not store credit card numbers — payment processing is handled by Stripe.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and error logs for service improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including personalized learning progress
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional communications (login codes, payment confirmations)
• Improve the Service and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI and Data Processing

When you use the AI grammar tutor or translation grading features, your questions and translations are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. These inputs are not used to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Cloudflare: Hosting and content delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered grammar and translation features

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), server-side API key management, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to maintain your authentication session and learning preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
